I was also treated badly at this office as a Gold Coast customer. My prescription was way off. Had to go to a Target Optometrist to get it right. Poor communication. Had to email 3 times for my prescription. When I did pick up the one pair of glasses from Paul Snyder’s office, the optician was careful to let me know that as a Gold Coast customer, I was not eligible for a case….ha ha…..thx. Just picked up my replacement pair from Target, which is the correct prescription, and came with a beautiful case. I have to mention that Dr. Snyder was nice….but the other staff were difficult.

Nice people but limited selection in glasses and very expensive. For a brand I’ve never heard of, it would have cost more with insurance than a name brand like Persol or Ray Ban from a reputable online merchant without insurance.
