I would stay away from this company and this location. They focus on sales and tries to get past their 30 days warranty for return or replacement. The common excuse is to continue trying the hearing aids after they make new calibration to them. Even with the new calibration, no improvement resulted. I file a complaint with my insurance company regarding their practices. They charge twice as much to the insurance, so no reason for them to provide better service after they got paid. As a result, I have to wait another 3 years to get new hearing aids and an exam. Save yourself from the aggravation and go somewhere else or request a new service provider from your insurance company.

Did not deliver service or product as they indicated. Actually didn’t follow through with there intent to provide a trial free period to experience their hearing aides for a week. This was important to me because I am a first time user if hearing aides. Given an appointment was made by them for a week later to trial me with hearing aides, and they called me to confirm the appointment to be provided them…when I went to that appointment they said they didn’t have them and would not be able to provide. I was stunned. They don’t have integrity to support/provide the product they communicate. So. beware….and informed. They say that…but then say well buy them and if you don’t like them in 60 day’s we will figure it out with you. Just a very different message. They would serve themselves better to just be honest….no week trail was intended. Go somewhere else.
