short answer: STAY AWAYI wish I can give negative stars. As you can see on the photos I’ve attached, I ordered a coffee table and the box itself came pretty beaten, as expected from the package the coffee table was completely broken. Very disappointing from such prestigious furniture brand. You would expect the same quality of service as how much you’re paying for it.NOPE!BUT WHATS WORSE IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.They haven’t issued my refund for weeks. As you can see in the email as well. Feels like I’m being scammed 🙁 So upsetting when I’ve been waiting for such a long time for a furniture I really wanted.

Lovely place filled with beautiful furniture that make you feel happy. Preeti Malhotra was professional and thoughtful. We’ll definitely come back again if we have another chance and make a deal with her. Additionally I wish the store have more diverse display (especially for tables) as the website shows.

Very disappointing experience with DWR. I placed an order in January with anticipated arrival time of April 5. It is now the end of April and no order update was sent. I followed up with an email and tried to call and left a voicemail- no response. When you pay top $, you expect a much better service. I will be very hesitant to place another order.
