Terrible business! Once you buy, they want nothing more to do with you. Our salesperson NEVER communicates with us. When I call, I wait 1/2 hour at least. I would NEVER do business with Fergusons and have told my friends and family of our horrible experience.

Ferguson’s customer service is horrible! I’ve been disputing an overcharge with them for the past 2 months. They don’t return calls. I’m being forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
