Update, I received a full refund for the services my Granddaughter did not receive! I want to thank Ms. Krista for her understanding of the need for providing quality service!I took my (11) year old Granddaughter for a wash / trim / conditioner and blow dry… To my surprise everything is a la cart I thought I was at a restaurant! The so called hair stylist left soap in the nape of her neck failed to rinse her hair throughly and failed to even trim her hair properly! My Granddaughter is treated like a child not a teenager… The stylist kept asking her if she wanted layers, she doesn’t know what layers are…Granted she has a lot of hair! I told her what services to provide her there was no need to question her as to what she wanted. However, being a stylist you must be versatile to make money! I never had an issue when I took her to Fantastic Sams! I guess I took her to the wrong shop

I usually go to fantastic sams for a haircut but they are closed right now so i went here and the lady who cut my hair was merina i think that’s how you spell it. She is wonderful very friendly kind and was gentle with my hair. She knew exactly how to cut my hair. The place is clean and tidy. LOVE MY HAIR MERINA!!! thank you !! i will be going here from now on..and the price is good !
