PHYSICAL STORE IN GLENDALE IS AN EPIC FAILURE.1. BAD PHILOSOPHY. Andrew Christian caters to the gay community. So what does he do? He closes his store on one of the most prestigious gay strips in America, moves the location 10 miles away, and closes on the 2 biggest shopping days of the week. Sales are pretty much online only from here on out.2. IT’S NOT EVEN A STORE. The new location isn’t even a store. It’s basically their office headquarters, in which they dedicated a broom closet (about 10′ x 10′) to be their new store. They simply threw their random sample sizes in there for people to buy at $9.95 each.3. THE STORE LACKS…EVERYTHING. No staff to help, no clothing sized, no organization, no security cameras, no room to breath, NO EFFORT BY ANDREW CHRISTIAN. The employee stationed outside of the closet (store) is basically just the company receptionist who seems to know nothing about how to sell or aid in helping people.4. DON’T EXPECT SIZES OR CURRENT INVENTORY. It’s basically all randomness/leftovers from past seasons. Probably stuff they found floating around the production floor, or consumer returns, slightly defective, etc.5. OTHER PATRONS WERE JUST AS CONFUSED. Other consumers came in when we did. They were dumbfounded like we were, and obviously irritated.6. MISLEADING. I really couldn’t find any place that said this was a factory store with an incredibly sparce selection, that wasn’t even from their current inventory.SUMMARY: Andrew Christian, get your head out of your @ss.

I ordered a pair of boxers for my boyfriend because all of my male friends told me they were the best underwear; however, I ordered them, they were never delivered and after over a month of trying to communicate with the customer service division, they still haven’t returned any communication. I’ve sent 3 emails that have gone unanswered with no product and no refund. They may have a great product, but I can never respect a company that treats first-time customers this way. Easy to say I will not be ordering anything from this company again.

Nice Factory Store. Jennifer runs it and is great to deal with. Great prices too.
