I just had to go on here and share with you guys hands down echopark has definitely changed the game in purchasing a car . Walked in and thought I would be bombarded by sales people but far from it . You go in,get greeted and assigned to a sales person. I was lucky to get Monica L. To assist me with everything. She broke everything down, zero pressure. If I ever buy another car I will definitely visit EchoPark Automotive again.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say regarding this lovely place. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. My fiancée was looking for a car himself. He made an appointment and when we arrived, we were greeted and asked if we would like some water. Our salesperson was named Monica and she was Absolutely WONDERFUL, she gave us the background of Echo Park which we thought was awesome. She was very detailed and attentive and she answered all our questions and was very transparent, which I really appreciated and respected because not a lot of car dealerships do that. There was no haggling with the price at all.We were there from about 3pm to 5pm which is awesome because some dealerships will have you in the place for 5 or more hours and you still walk out with nothing. We were just so happy with the level of service Monica gave us. I will be back to get a car from them later in the year and I definitely want Monica to help me. I have referred my best friend and her husband to come here for their next car. 🙂

One of the most honest, friendly, and attentive dealerships out there! Compared to the other dealerships in my previous experiences, I have had the worst with typical car salesman up-selling and with ridiculous excuses to validate their prices. EchoPark Long Beach on the other hand is none of that and made me feel good about buying a car.As I came in, I was helped by Monica and Dana to test drive a car that I was very interested in. I ended up test driving 2 cars and gave me more than plenty of time I needed to really feel how they drive. I made a clear decision and they both got to work helping me out with the paperworks. They were straightforward with me throughout the whole process and assured me every step of the way. There were no rush at all and I never felt in any way that I was being pressured to buy anything I never wanted. In no time, I was out with a big smile in my face going home with the car I liked!
