I wouldn’t know as this place is closed. They close early and sometimes only has a person working so lunch time maybe will be back sign. It just so happens that my encounters with this store maybe once I made it with they were open to drop off and at that they were friendly and nice. So yeah

this is based off my interaction with one rep that i would avoid and another i would recommend. however i myself will use the shipping center in morgan hill.called in 4pm to ship out some work equipment, rep said 430 was the cut off. rushed in with our corporate account info and address ready. the associate mason greeted with the drop off or shipping line and when i approached and stated shipping and before i could ask him to type it in for me because i a) am not comfortable with writting due an injury and b) because i have 0 idea of how they clean the pens and counters between customers. he cut me off and was very curt. i still had issues. the women who ended up helping me wws polite and kind. she immediately understood and read it from my phone. mean while mason was more than willing to box up someone elses shipment for them and didnt not make them fill out a form. i feel like this persons customer service skills and perception of others is very much lacking.
