After getting my car battery installed, my car started smoking on the way home. When I opened the hood, there was fluid everywhere. It turns out, the installer broke my radiator filler neck. I called them and explained what happened. I sent an email with the bill from the mechanic who fixed what they broke. I wish I could say they took care of things right away. Nope. The employee emailed me back asking if I would pay half because they were going to take the money out of his paycheck. I explained I should not be paying a penny and expect to be reimbursed the entire amount. It’s been 2 months. And I’m still waiting. DO NOT USE THEM. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The lightbulbs are also great in that the 4 pin rare ones that I need are silent when you shake them, no broken parts!Full service every time I walk in the door. They always seem to have two people which is helpful.

I’m attempting to do the right thing and recycle florescent tubes. I looked on the California recycle website to find a location because my local Home Depot surprisingly does not. The Website directed me to earth911 and showed that this location was the closest that recycles. I looked on Batteries Plus Bulbs website to see if they mention it and even this location’s page says they recycle. I walk inside at around 2:00pm on 04/04 with the bulbs and the guy almost immediately turns me away saying they don’t recycle here.If you don’t recycle at this location, remove it from your website and earth911 because it’s a waste of time for people to try to make an effort to recycle and there are no locations to recycle. If you really do recycle at this location, sounds like you need new staff.TL;DRWent to this location to recycle bulbs and the staff member said they don’t recycle.
