Well I would have given 1 star but because the sales people were courteous I would give 2. My wife took my new Apple phone here to get service . All she was doing was switching phones . They said they would took care of it . Little did my wife know that they automatically signed me for an insurance plan without offering . Then my wife buys a new phone and guess what ? They do the same thing to her , Without asking they automatically sign her up for $13 insurance per month and charge twice for the same month . She kept asking there are no other charges , right ? And they said No and when I get my bill I see these unauthorized charges on my bill . One time could be a fluke . Happening twice with the same people within 10 Days is far from fluke . If I hadn’t paid attention & since I’m on auto pay I wouldn’t have known that they were charging all this extra money without seeking our permission. My heart goes out to all of the people that haven’t verified their bill and/ or older people who don’t know how this work and are being looted every month. Jonathan Cruz is the one that sold phone to my wife and Manager Brussel Merzonian was supposed to call back to fix these errors and has not called back yet . Watch out guys if you go to this store . They will automatically sign you up and the later you discover the more money you would lose . If it’s an honest mistake I understand but if it’s not then this is dishonest practice . Sprint Sales people and manager , See the print out of the documents you are making people sign .
