Scheduled an appointment to have my TV mounted. Set everything up and paid for the service. When I attempted to schedule the service, the website promptly reported that it was unable to find any appointments ever and I needed to call Geek Squad. When I called, the person was nice enough, no problem there. However, she needed to put me on hold while she looked up my order. About 10 mins later, she comes back on the line and tells me that she was unable to schedule my appointment because the system didn’t have anything available…ever. So, I was told that I would be notified in 24-48 hours about when it might be possible for me to schedule my appointment. I promptly canceled the appointment.

Waited all day for a TV delivery. Two hours after the 4-hour delivery window elapsed, I got a call asking how my delivery went. Told them it didn’t come nor was there an attempted of contact, and they said they’ll ask the driver but they just hung up on me.Update: for rescheduled delivery, everything went perfectly.
