Matt provide outstanding service. He worked through some importing number issues by seeing out support from others, using internet resources, and his own experience. He took on and solved each problem as it arose. This is a level of customer service that I have not seen in a long time. Way to go!

Came to the AT&T store in Thousand Oaks to get help with my Apple Phone which I use for my personal use and business. I was greeted by Luz and she was so professional. I got on the list and at no time they attended to me. Here is when I met Martha and together with Luz they helped me out. The experience was so professional and the two of them are so technically informed and capable. My wife was with me and talking with Luz and Martha she was so impressed and decided to upgrade her phone as well. They both went above and beyond to help us out and set us up with our new phones. I highly recommend both Luz and Martha and this AT&T store is a fantastic. I would not go to any other store.
