Daunting Experience!I love this location very much the sandwiches & ingredients are always fresh, Store always kept clean and even with new faces staff is always friendly and attentive. With all that said I give this Ike’s location a 5 But unfortunately with the new man who I believe may be the owner behind the counter I will not be a returning customer due to his unprofessional behavior. I went in on Monday 5/31 staff was kindly informing customers that they were having some tech issues but the rude Indian man would snap at them and make them serve only specific guests his treatment and attitude changed per person I feel it was discrimination as I observed waiting in hopes the technical issue would be shortly resolved but left soon because I couldn’t stomach the mans attitude So the next day on 6/1 I returned and was immediately disappointed to walk in to see the same rude man and again the same problem was occurring with the computer system . Employee kindly explained and apologized. as I was about to leave the next person was told the same thing by employee but the owner shushed employee up and welcomed the next guest and even insisted on their meal being free right after denying me! even worse it was right in front of me to witness, they were first timers and I’m a regular, but maybe my appearance isn’t up to his standard. Idc either way This despicable man will not get my business! if being discriminated upon is acceptable to you than I’d say go ahead and go here! The Indian man will not disappoint with treating you poorly. the food is fantastic and so is the staff except for when the unpleasant man is there contradicting and humiliating them bringing entire demeanor down. You will leave appalled dealing with this man.

We were late for lunch it being around 1:30 p.m., so we stopped at this sandwich shop to get a sandwich. I have my heart set on a pastrami sandwich since my son had just mentioned a pastrami sandwich.After looking at the menu, I opted for a Paul Reuben’s, sandwich. LOL! I decided on a combo, with a drink and chips. (See the photo,) The store is small, with only a few tables and chairs, and one table outside the front door, plus 2 benches. The place is large enough for handicapped persons, but not extremely roomy. After ordering their was no place left to sit. Eventually, we did find a seat outside. The sandwiches were delicious; we took the chips home because we were full. I will definitely come back here, when I’m in town.

Good sandwiches. Not great, but good. A couple of veggie options. But watch their hidden fees. You’d think the price on the menu is the price you pay, but not at Ike’s. They add a service charge at the register without telling you.
