The pharmacy personal are as unhelpful as possible.

Pharmacy staff is patient, nice, and always willing to help. Had trouble finding certain medications in their aisles and the pharmacy staff actually came out to show me to the exact spot where it was located!Front staff is welcoming and patient too. Even with lines full of long people or late at night, I am always greeted with a smile and treated well!

Was just entering CVS West side Santa Cruz for the first time in probably a year when the security stops me and tells me that he has had problems with me in the last few weeks. I have not been in this particular CVS for about a year. I want to know when customers became second to employee’s or what happened to the customers always right? What criteria do you have to meet to be a customer instead of a potential threat. This is profiling at it’s lowest and most humiliating form. I came here for a Cold beverage and instead got treated like a common hood. I’m waiting for my Lyft driver now wondering what about my appearance made me a target for this fascists insecure judgements. CVS should pay more attention to what there employee’s do and say because this will result in a lawsuit eventually!!!!!!

Be advised: Do not believe their website when it tells you you have a reservation for a flu shot or that CVS accepts your insurance for flu shots. Why have a website of it doesn’t work and it’s just going to waste people’s time?
