Hands down best meal prep in San Diego! two words… protein donuts!!!! I’ve tried LOTS of mela prep companies but Ripped and reckless kitchen is unique, authentic and has such a colorful variety of food. All the dressings and sauces are made from scratch which is my favorite part. Support your local FEMALE owned meal prep company— you’ll never eat anything else!!
