A tad hard to find if you’ve never been to Macy’s nor this mall before, but it’s inside Macy’s just next to an escalator on the 1st floor, very near an entrance/exit door aside a tiny parking strip. They had the descaler I needed for an office machine, and I’m happy!

Very bad customer service. The sales guy didn’t want to answer any of our questions. He was so rude and made us feel so uncomfortable. We have been the nespresso customer for about 7 years now.
