Drinks delicious as always but still in the pandemic, the lady I’m assuming working today at the drive through window around 12:30 is pulling her mask down and inching closer to the female driver ahead of me and having a conversation which is fine as you want to build clientele relationships but for the safety of others and a germaphob like me didn’t really like seeing that and I didn’t feel so welcome by her.You know she may not have been having a good day which is fine, we all have them and the pandemic has been going on too long for my liking I get it! But let’s keep continuing having our masks on and push forward to getting back to normal soon! I still love you guys and I’ll continue coming again!

Normally I really enjoy going to Dutch Bros and I like their coffee and brand. However, my experience at this location was that the team was doing much more talking than working , and this created a longer wait than usual and a frustratingly long line. I saw the coffees I ordered just sitting waiting to be served but the drive thru window worker just kept chatting away with the car in front of me. Chipper attitudes and friendliness go a long way and customers appreciate that, but we also ultimately expect a reasonably fast coffee experience and attention to the orders we have paid for.

Alexa was so wonderful, first time in Napa and this establishment she was so accommodating and wonderful. Wish we had Dutch bros in Maryland, coffee was amazing , thanks again Alexa for the wonderful service. Your the best!
