My experience in this store beat my expectations, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. They helped my girlfriend and I pick out a laptop from the large selection of choices, and offered up promotions to help add to the affordability. I would certainly come back the next time I’m looking for computers and accessories!

Had a great experience at this store even though things didn’t go as planned.Alexis and her associates were on top of it, trying their best to get the demo working. Despite not having seen the working demo, I trusted their advice and suggestions; so I took advantage of the 14 day return policy for peripherals (15% restocking fee for systems).Glad that I was able to try out the different keys ranging from yellow, green (clicky), red and purple (optical). They had a 50% discount on soft mouse pads too, picked one up because mine was starting to flare (threads were starting to unravel).Alexis, thank you so much for helping me at the store that evening. You’re awesome at your job and I’m sure you’re going to go places! Keep up the good spirits! In sum, great customer service and products!⌨ Typing this review from my brand new keyboard.
