Once again Andrea has left the buildingRude and discrimination because I am in a wheel chair and unable to be inside … so I offered to wait in the area where you put your shoes for the kids and Andreas reply was still a no. Then a woman offered to take care of my child, and the answer changed to yes… I felt discriminated against.. please don’t come here , the customer service is not the great. As I write this review we the customer are taking care of busines we are not familiar with this business practice.. the people inside who were there while I was there were upset and in discomfort per Andrea leaving the building.I want my money back and will further boycott this business for being so discriminatory against individuals with disabilities 2-21-2020I can’t believe what I lived through at le funlandPlease hire professional customer service people and not rude peopleP E R I O D.

Won’t be spending anymore money here. Myself and my kids waited to enter Funland. The employee was on break said she would be back in 15 mins. 25 mins past I called and she answered I”m guessing on the break room phone answer I stated I was waiting she just hung up on me. My family and friends go to this establishment frequently. After being treated with such disrespect my Famliy and friends will Be boycotting this establishment. Don’t waste your money on a business that doesn’t care about consumers. Her name was Andrea or something like that she didn’t say her name my wife called after and got her name.
