The best customer service I’ve ever had from an eye doctor. Dr. Khela spent time explaining many things a doctor has never taken the time to explain to me and gave me invaluable advice for the health of my eyes. The staff in the showroom were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When trying on glasses, the lady helping me gave me helpful and honest feedback. I love how they sent me an email (and it’s stored on their website) with my prescription. No more keeping track of that annoying little piece of paper! Overall overwhelmed with the positive experience.

The person working in the store sold me glasses that were far too wide and when I raised my concern that they were too big, she basically brushed it off by saying some version of the new ones I get would be brand new and fit better Of course when they arrive thy are huge and I look it up online and she actually had sold me a wide frame. I was really bummed out, but Jen H at their service center in Nashville was super helpful and we figured out a solution. I am getting new ones sent and returning these. I had to basically just guess from what I saw online and so I am hoping it works out, but I needed them in a hurry which is why I went there in the first place. 3 stars is 5 for Jen H, 1 for the woman who helped me in the store. 5+1=6, 6/2=3
