The owner answers the phone. Not a machine or going though a bunch of ‘prompts’. He has been there forever and knows his vacuum’s, particularly Miele (the Best). He can fix things, but I bought a new vacuum to replace my 15 year old one and his price was very competitive with the internet. Plus, you can walk into the store.

Went in for a belt for a rug cleaner, was only in the store 5 minutes, and left with the correct part at a great price! Plus the owner was able to describe the replacement process by memory for my specific cleaner. Great store, better owner!
