I would never go back to this store, because the manager and the staff was extremely rude and unproffessional. Not only they set up my account with erong address, but they refused to help me when i went back to fix the mistake they made. My bill was $1000 when it shoyld have been $240 a month. The staff and manager dis not explain the charges i would get in the bill. They could not evwn set up my phone correctly, hence i had walk out with 3 lines when i paid them foe actually 4. Nobody followed up to set up my 4 th line. My bill was returned because they put an invalid address in my profile. They have my name wrong in the account. These people should not do customer service. They show no passion at all for what they doing. Absolutely unacceptable and pathetic service.If it was not att customer service team fixing my acct i would have switched already…… I would not even go near that store

Just bought a new tablet here.Yhe customers sevice man Steve set it all up for me and looked up plans for me to save me money and I switched to a better plan that saves me 71.00. Here’s a photo of my new tablet

Recently visited the Att store in the Palisades Mall, to upgrade to the new iphone 12. Was taken care of right away, was there maybe 20 minutes. Ive been w/att over 15 years and have been dealing w/this location on/off for 10 years. Never had an issue. Always had whatever needs taken care of. Danyeli handled my transaction. Very cool and down to earth, explains everything in easy detail. Highly recommend.
