The worst online banking of any bank in the world. I closed my account after banking at Bank of Marin for 25 years after having to take 30 minutes each time I logged into my account and having security features require a phone call to their online banking software vendor to reset my password. Imagine doing this a couple of times a week and the time it sucked out of my days…The people seem really nice, but are incapable of communicating customer dissatisfaction to management.
