Came to have a poster done. I was told it can be done within the hour with a fee. I was okay with that. I did some shopping and than left and came back within the hour. I was expecting a call but was not in a rush. But to find out that the poster was finished before the hour and I asked the gentleman if he called my phone he said no. So I paid for a fee to have my item just sitting there. Never coming back to this location again. Why pay a fee when I could’ve just waited to let it sit there.

What a horrible store and warranty policy. I bought the 4 year warranty for an expensive HP printer and they gave me 4 separate people to speak to. I’m everyone I spoke to directed me to someone else. I will never be shopping here ever again. Rude and inconsiderate and deceiving bc I asked all of these questions before I made this big purchase
