Filed a claim with UPS for an expensive item shipped from this store that arrived damaged.UPS told me to contact this store Manager to arrange a 3-way call between myself, Gus (Manager), and UPS to discuss the claim results. Gus absolutely refused to do this. He also refused to tell me if my claim was approved and for what amount, telling me to wait for the email.. Guess what, Gus? NEVER got any email. I was finally able to get some info from the shipper. TERRIBLE service and very disrespectful attitude. I called UPS and lodged a complaint.The shipper told me he would never again use UPS to ship his items.

I was there in 11/29 at 7 pm..they charged me for print 1 paper 3.5$…. I emailed the label to store email… And they charged me 3.5 $ for print one paper.. Very expensive…they are not honest

I’ve gone to the one on 181st, in Washington Heights several times, and its always been nothing but good! It may be small, but they get me in and out within minutes of the previous customer. This and because of the rates compared to the USPS is why I go there.Thanks, 181st Staff, keep up the good work!
