A hidden gem which features a speakeasy and coffee shop. Great place to relax and hang out with friends!Environment – Pearl Street General Store features a coffee shop, which makes coffee from 7AM onwards. Additionally, there is a NEW speakeasy in the back of the restaurant area, which features a unique living room environment, record player, book, and TV area to enjoy your favorite spot games. It’s very cozy and feels similar to a friend’s living room.Store – The General Store features various knick knacks and home decor items. Additionally, there is wine, cheese and other fine foods available for purchase.TIPS – The speakeasy features small bites, such as pretzels and sausages.It’s more of a locals hangout, but don’t let the locals vibe intimidate you – All are welcome!

Very quaint little store with gift items from local artists and food items that are unique as well and a nice stock of wine. I have to come back when the restaurant is open. I did get a pastry warmed in the oven for me buy Sonshine, it was awesome. Nice start to the day in Laguna Beach.

There’s no doubt that the Pearl St is a nice venue. I went around 9pm on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was very chill. It’s a little generic so if you are looking for a place with a lot of character you may consider something else. The decor is wonderful though, and the wine was pretty good! I had the Cabernet Sauvignon.
