We had the absolute best experience in service lifetime. Alex helped us above and beyond the norm when we brought a gaming PC in we had just bought a few days ago from a company that starts with an A that caused anger & frustration that in the first place was supposed to be delivered on our sons birthday last Saturday but didn’t arrive until last Tuesday only to find out it was corrupted and didn’t work aside from being delivered late. In about 2 hours Alex righted a wrong out of pure righteousness for another person he wasn’t even obligated to do, we are VERY impressed with the level of service & knowledge & professionalism we were provided with when we turned to Best Buy for help & Alex was a perfect example of all 3. Thanks Best Buy for employing such outstanding people like Alex, we came in upset and frowning, we left happy, impressed and smiling.

I was reaching out to inform you of my experience with your employee Gus. I had scheduled an appointment with geek squad for assistance with my ring doorbell. I had already installed it myself but for some reason it wasn’t ringing inside our home and we previously had a doorbell that worked. When Gus called to verify the appointment with me I mentioned to him what was going on. He was kind enough to tell me it should work and to call Ring directly so they can reinstall the update. I went ahead and did just that and thankfully they were able to help to get it to work. Gus called me today again to check in if we were successful to get the ring doorbell to ring inside our home. As I mentioned to him, he saved me 100$ through geeksquard and $50 with the chime because I was told I had to get the chime according to the ring employee. I instead I was told my ring should work and I don’t need the chime. My water heater went out and I have to pay $400 to the warranty . So I am truly great full to GUS for helping me save money that I really needed to use for my water heater. I truly appreciate his honesty ! Definitely deserves recognition and I will be sure to contact him with other needs . Thank you for your time
