I went here to buy materials to make a Carmen Miranda headpiece I found good looking realistic fruit, I purchased a hot glue gun, as well as glue sticks. My experience with Michael is good the framing is really expensive but that’s true of most places so I learned to do it myself the staff is really friendly an knowledgeable i order the different colors mats for the frames I’m doing an get advise from the staff one thing i think that has gone down about the place is there use to be 50 % off coupons on most products once or twice a year I would wait for to buy the bigger items for over the last couple of years they stopped this an only have that kind of sales on pacific items which makes their prices not as competitive with higher quality art stores like blick so I haven’t been buying as much stuff as I use to from them when I can get a higher quality Item for around the same price don’t get me wrong I still enjoy the store for some items it’s just not as good as a couple of years before
