We ran into a strange technical issue while trying to upgrade my wife’s phone at the store. Alejandro, the manager, worked his tail off consulting with staff and specialists over the phone, all while multitasking and assisting other customers when able. We have had plenty of issues with AT&T billing and customer service in the past, but the service and effort we got today was incredible. When people really put in the work to help their customers, it leaves a huge impression. Thanks for all your help!!

I understand that those who make appointments want to be seen at the time that they make but to get pushed back almost 2 hours from when I entered the store is ridiculous…The gentleman who helped me kept walking away and talking to those coming in and gave me the wrong info initially to correct my daughters broken phone that was insured. Had to walk back into the store to get ut fixed…
