I ordered Momma flowers for her 81st birthday and the person who did the order had messed it all up. And by messed it up I mean half of the flowers were dead and wilted, it was a cup not a vase like the lady had said, it was flowers that she didn’t tell me was in there and it was delivered way late in the afternoon not before noon.Well I called and left a complaint on the voicemail telling them how i felt about the 50$ deluxe special that I had ordered. Asked them to call me back. Well they fixed the order and gave momma another bouquet on the house and had it delivered before 10:30 am.Thank you, to whomever I get the pleasure of thanking. I placed a same day order. Shortly after my order was placed I was contacted to make sure my expectations for the arrangement were going to be met based on flower availability. The florist was keen to what I wanted and talked me through the bouquet so well I could envision it in my head.The arrangement was promptly delivered same day and I was sent an image with the finished arrangement via text. It was beautiful and just as described.Excellent Customer Service!
