I had purchased a combo set with two impact guns flash light and charge with batterys the 3/8 pact after about a year the grip started to loose it’s shape and peel the warranty on the tools are five years so after about three years I took the tool I’m for repairs witch I thought was covered under the warranty so the service center is about ninety miles from we’re I stay when I get there they informed me that the grip was were and tear and would not be covered under the warranty six months later the fan on the inside of the gun started to brake apart so I took the tool back to the service center thinking it should be covered under warranty since it was internal I was told the second time I took it in that it would be a ninety eight dollar charge to rebuild the unit so I left it to get fixed two months later they tell me to come pick it up and they give me a new gun so why did they not do that two months ago they charged me anyway I love the tools but the warranty sucks no one no what is covered

I was very upset last week when I went to your store and found out when I arrived that the showroom was closed. That should be mentioned on your website, especially since I came all the way from over the hill. If the showroom is once again opened I would love to come in.
