We were moving cross country and used a luggage mailing service which turned out to be very frustrating and time consuming once we got to the ups store. Fortunately for us, Jessica was the most patient and helpful associate I’ve ever met! She made the whole process way easier than it would have been otherwise. They lost a package of mine which I had bought the insurance on. It has been two months and I can’t get reimbursed for the $40 shipping and the lost item. The people who work there promise to call back to resolve the issue and never do, I have been in the store several times trying to resolve the issue and nothing has happened. I won’t use this company ever again.
