The store representatives need more motivation or maybe I walked in there before they had breakfast or something. I came in there for a issue with a phone on my line. I explained the issue, I was routed to Apple store to have the phone fixed. I really wasn’t trying to go to Apple, and willing to upgrade for a new phone. I asked am I able to upgrade and it was as if they didn’t want to make a sale. I explained I just want something regular not the newest but newer than what I currently had… the young hispanic rep didn’t even seem motivated to even help me… I’ve been to T-Mobile stores before, they ask for your information so they know what they are dealing with … this wasn’t done until I questioned what I can do for myself online. After she described 2 cell phone options to me, I decided on one of the options, only for her to tell me “I don’t even think we have the phone in store right now, I think we only have the iPhone 12 at the moment”.. not, let me go check inventory, or let me confirm what we currently have in stock.. she never once moved from in front or the computer. She didn’t even offer to check what stores may have had what I’m looking for, NOTHING. I was in there ready to buy a new phone, AirPods, and a watch but her entire attitude and n how she helping me was not it. A waste of space she was. T-Mobile needs to motivated salesperson to represent because this was not it.
