Andrea was so wonderful to work with. The selection in the store is amazing, and my daughter had a very short time frame in which to find a dress. Andrea‘s help was invaluable, and she was honest about what was flattering to the bride, but had a very lovely way of stating it. She took her time to pin and clip every dress so that we could see exactly how it would look after being altered. She was patient and encouraged my daughter to try the dresses on multiple times so she could be sure. What’s Up Europe was a fantastic experience!

I scheduled an appointment, arrived early, however had to wait a while before trying on gowns because staff was on break. When I begin trying them on, I felt extemely rushed. Veils/accessories were not brought out to try on.Andrea gave an honest opinion, which I appreciated and was helpful in clipping the dress to envision the alterations. Toward the end, another bridal group came in and Andrea gave me a business card and that was it.I definitely understand it’s a small shop, and time restraints on appointments, however a little more effort on customer service would have been appreciated.Other than that, they have a great selection of dresses.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I went to pick up my bridesmaid dress and the woman working was so disrespectful. I asked to try the dress on and she rolled her eyes. I asked about alterations and she literally took her mask off and started screaming at me! I would highly recommend going somewhere else where you will be appreciated, especially when you’re spending so much money on a dress.EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: It is one thing to have rude employees, but to not acknowledge their inappropriate actions and to blatantly lie to potential costumers is deceitful. I absolutely do exist in your system, and your staff member with the French accent knows exactly who I am. I had ordered a dress from Madeleine’s bridal in Fresno. Our dresses were brought to your store for pick up and alterations. My sister went to pick up her dress the next day, and your employee apologized to her for the whole situation.Needless to say, I went to Annabelle’s down the street. They did not scream at me for asking to get my dress alternated.
