Always a clean stored! Id say 99% of the time the workers here are knowledgeable and helpful if you need advice. Only once did I ever encounter someone who didn’t know how to solve a makeup issue or recommend a product. That’s a great track record. Post covid obviously there’s no trying on testers or anything. Also they are low on stock on almost everything so it’s a toss up if they have certain colors on hand. Good news, if the don’t have the color walk to JC Penny’s and there’s a sephora in there that might have it

Sephora is a great store if they don’t have it in store they will order it and have it mailed to you. The staff is helpful when it’s not crowded if it’s crowded good luck. Some of the samples are dirty need to be cleaned. There are some loose tiles on the floor.

The sales associate Gabriel A was great! He spent time explaining the different scents, perfumes, colognes and made me and my girl feel like we were important to him!! I recommend Sephora because of his service!!!
