Good selection of booze and other related products. I went to buy a high end and expensive bottle of wine ($400), and expected that I would get more assistance other than their over there in the locked display case (I’m paraphrasing). I wanted a little guidance on helping me pick out what I wanted. It just didn’t make me feel like the clerk was interested in assisting me. I found something I liked on my own, but next time I’m buying a high end wine I’ll go to Joseph George. Should have gone there first. Oh well. *************** update regarding Total Wine response: did they even read my review? I wasn’t happy with the customer service. If I could have broken it down it would have been 5 stars for selection and 1 star for customer service. Next time read the review.

They have fabulous staff! If you are a wine drinker then you must try! I booked the venue for my sister’s bridal shower, which included afternoon tea, canapes and plenty of great alcoholic beverages. I honestly cannot criticize this place at all. Everything from the venue to the staff, to the food, and drink was absolutely wonderful!

I can’t express the Excellent customer service and happy attitude. After their delivery agency (third party not associated with total wine) messed up Marie was exceptional in making sure to coordinate and and accommodate. I will FOR SURE be coming back to them for more business.
