Came in for a smog check and the front desk lady told me it would be 25 minutes and took my keys. Returned 30 minutes later to my car in the exact same spot I left it in. When I went in to inquire about the test they told me they didn’t have the equipment to perform the test and gave me my keys back. Wasted time thanks to incompetent staff.
