The customer service was great! Even though they were about 15 minutes from closing they still helped me! The customer service rep had a great attitude and was very helpful. Came here to help my grandfather port three lines. Took a long time but it wasn’t their fault, it was the previous carrier. They were very friendly and patient and helped us out.

Well worst costumer service I just went today and the employee the big one from there, had me there telling me there was a problem with my card when he was the one not putting the right info! Just make sure not to let the the employee ( the big one) help you.. he’s Rude AF..
