Honey is an independent, custom engagement and wedding ring store that is based in beautiful downtown San Diego, but serves clients from New York to Los Angels and all over the World. We specialize in the construction of handmade diamond engagement rings and other fine jewelry. Every creation is made from scratch and tailored to each clients particular design and budget needs. We typically work by appointment only and meet with our clients in office or via video chat for out of town clientele. Honey is proudly run by Nick Ahlberg who is a diamond specialist and a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

We had my custom engagement ring designed and created by Nick and his team in an incredibly tight timeframe, and they even shipped it to Australia for us. We have been absolutely thrilled with the final product, and Nick ensured it was completed with plenty of time to spare. Customer service amazing, product quality outstanding. Honey Jewelry is an excellent choice if you’re shopping for rings. I found them online while looking for wedding bands. I’m not much of a jewelry guy myself, so I just wanted something that was unique, but not flashy or tacky. Their hammered design wedding band was exactly what I was looking for. It looks and feels high quality and I’m stoked to wear it, even as someone who’s not into jewelry.Beyond a very cool, well made ring, Nick also provided great customer service by promptly responding to any questions I had personally, and by taking the time to send me side by side comparison videos when I could choose on the final finish of my ring.
