We are taking a Bay Area Cheese tour and Vella is where we start. The cheese is excellent, but unfortunately, they are not allowed to give people samples. Nevertheless, they have very great cheese. We purchased two types of Jack and a sharp Cheddar. Everything they makes amazing but the Jack was my favorite. Definitely check them out when you are in Sonoma, you won’t be sorry, the people are very nice and willing to tell you all about the wonderful cheese they make. Seriously, so good!
