Poor customer service! Went to put in a cake order with a young lady. Instead of taking my order, she had a guy who does not work for the dept took my order while she was there behind the cake stand decorating cupcakes. The whole time, the three of us(baker, the guy, and myself) had a three-way conversation. I will ask for a request from the guy, the guy will ask the baker, and the baker comes back asking me what is it that I want So unprofessional! Specifically write out the information on how the cake was wanted for the order.Pick up cake the following day(already 1 hour late when the baker who worked that day at 11am didn’t know there was a cake order) called me to confirm about the order.Cake turn out not to be what was requested after the confirmation. Nothing near what was on the order.Two customers were before me waiting at least 15 minutes and neither of them were helped yet.It will be my first and last time to order cake through Wal-Mart bakery.
