Horrible customer service and I will never be back. I tried to exchange a shirt I bought yesterday not realizing that I had got some lotion on it. I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size and yes I do understand that it could not be returned for the reason from the lotion but the lady kept saying over and over she couldn’t take it back and I said ok. I still wanted to purchase the other shirt and both women who sold me the other shirt left walked away and left me standing there!! I just stood there and the manager asked of there’s something I needed I said yes I still want to buy the smaller shirt and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about soooooo I left feeling like I was being judged or something I spend hundreds of dollars here on a regular basis but won’t go back to this particular store ever again
