Customer service, knowledge, and quality here are absolutely top notch. Came in looking for a new belt as an extreme novice. They helped size me, talked me through all the choices, and were extremely friendly and entertaining while I hemmed and hawed over my decision. Even when two days later I realized I had purchased the wrong size, they were happy to exchange for me and made sure I was happy. They also gave me a really lovely buckle for free just so I could wear it immediately. On the belt itself, stitching and detailing is gorgeous, and I’m going to be loving this belt for years and years to come. Highly recommend a visit since you just can’t beat this level of customer service and knowledge about their product. 11/10 and I know I will consider them first for any quality leather needs in the future.

Quality, precision, and Care. Our recent experience at Burns was the epitome of all three and more. Family owned businesses take care of and look after their customers in a way that has been lost in an otherwise modern corporate world. However this is not the case at Burns, they provide a standard of excellence in both their products and customer service. My family has shopped at Burns for three generations. So it was no surprise that I was so pleased with our experience provided by both Brayden and Jake. If you are in Carmel, Utah, or anywhere lucky enough to have a pop-up shop, I highly recommend stopping by. And don’t forget to buy a hat that will collect many stories to tell your future generations.
