Be careful of your prescriptions… I was given the wrong antibiotic one time. Also, some of them don’t always know how to put the claim through your insurance. I was told recently that my medication (asthma nebulizer medicine, no less) wasn’t covered under my insurance and needed a prior authorization. I thought this was pretty strange and spent a lot of time, while I was sick, trying to remedy this. I bothered my doctor unnecessarily and spent a long time on the phone with my insurance company as well. Whoever tried to put the claim through billed it wrong and it was indeed covered. Otherwise, the staff is very nice, professional and cordial.
