Previous review:I had a great experience buying my new bed! Ed is an incredible seller! He understood my wishes and provided all the details, explaining everything thoroughly.Changing the review from 5 stars to 2 stars after having the bed:I called a representative before buying, and he told me that I had to buy a bracket from them which costs $40. When the headboard arrived, I realized that I shouldn’t have bought the support because it is already included in the headboard. As I told, I bought a headboard as well. I followed all the instructions in the Headboard Assembly Guide, but when the headboard is attached to the bed, my adjustable base doesn`t work properly – the headboard obstructs the movement of the base (up and down). I called them and requested a professional to come here at no cost bc this is a product problem. They charged me more $100 dollares to correct a defective piece!!!! There is NO warranty. I also couldn`t return the headboard!!!I`m not giving 1 stars only bc the seller Ed is really good.

Michelle was very helpful. She works out of Sherman oaks and the Glendale store. My wife and I had the same bed since 2010 and the springs had really gotten out of whack. So one day we just decided to go for it and upgrade.Walked in, Michelle showed us some different options, really catered the presentation to what we were looking for and we were able to buy that same day.The process was very easy and Michelle also called twice after the transaction to follow up and make sure that we were enjoying our experience.

I recently went in to this location to exchange a pillow I purchased online. The salesman was very helpful, professional, and kind, it was a fantastic experience. I could tell the store and it’s staff were taking great precautions during the pandemic to keep customers safe. I am so grateful to have a store to go to since choosing bedding and pillows is very difficult to do online! Thank you!
