Incredibly slow shipping, 13 days, so I couldn’t give hat I ordered as a present. And the Stetson hat not shipped with Stetson box (in fairness, that really ended up and didn’t matter a lot to me since I couldn’t give the present anyhow – but other potential buyer should know).To return, they wanted me to pay them $52.50 (30% restocking fee) for a hat I never even removed from the box. So, it’ll be easier for me to list it on eBay and try to cut my losses.Perhaps in person this shop is good, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering online.FOLLOW UP TO OWNER’S REPLY… Sorry you are heartbroken at my 100% accurate and truthful review. But, these reviews are not only to praise businesses when they do well, but to give other potential buyers information they might find useful when things don’t go so well. That’s why you have so many one and two star review – it’s the reviewer’s sole discretion as you would state.You are correct, I really screwed up by not seeing your return policy (page down to bottom of home page, click returns – see paragraph 7, Pasadena Hat Shop reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 30% at Pasadena Hat Shop’s sole discretion). So others know, that pretty much means if you are dissatisfied in any way, wrong hat, crushed hat, 13 days shipping, whatever, too bad, as the owner writes, buying hat is much different and sole discretion is clear.As owner emailed to me Read the policies before you purchase anything.When small businesses that operate like this cry that Amazon is killing them, this is a case in point why.Good luck to the owner, Mr. Kwon.
