Best Buy Geek Squad installed something that I never authorized or wanted. It is called; Trend Micro. Cost for FREE. I don’t believe in anything free, what’s more it messed up my notebook,I want nothing to do with Trend Micro. This is marketing at gun point.Be sure to specify when using Geek Squad what you want and most important what you don’t want.I had to spend a great deal of time on the phone and line to get rid of the thing.
