I can’t speak highly enough of this company.Bob and Donna are very accommodating. I had LOADS of questions about the durability, sustainability and safety (in terms of non-toxic living) of the flooring I purchased. And they didn’t shy away from any of the questions. They even went to the manufacturer to get the answers I needed!They didn’t pressure me into any certain type of flooring, baseboards, or installation date. They let us take the time we needed to discuss the decisions.For the record, we decided on luxury vinyl plank flooring and new baseboards. At the time of installation, Bob introduced us to Rick who was very honest and sincere when it came to aaaall my questions I had during install. He never made me feel uncomfortable when I wasn’t sure about something and asked for more information. Angel and Jim were also on sight and all of them did a fantastic job.They took care of the demo, toilets and vanities in the bathrooms as well as making everything look nice around the fireplace and closet doors. They even painted the shoes around the kitchen cabinets to match the paint job we’d just done on the cabinets! Installation started Monday and was done promptly on Friday. (Five days for flooring for approx. 1250 square foot house.)Being a stay-at-home mom with three little kids all distance learning, feeling comfortable with who’s in our house is a must for me–even when it’s not the middle of a pandemic. And Hawse Abbey Carpet delivered. They were great with the kids and respectful and professional with my queries. They cleaned up every day after work as well. I definitely recommend using them for your floors and I’ll check in with Bob and Donna again for tile and counter work.
