Gorgeous venue. Never would have know it existed if it weren’t for a little sign on a convenient store in Bushwick for a Chris Stapleton concert. The stadium seating …

The converted tennis court feel is real! Only bleachers and standing room but also a super intimate venue to see some super great artists. I personally had a TON of fun but not for people looking for a high end concert experience IMO

I’m a big concert guy so I’ve been to plenty of venues. This is a fun venue. I’ve been here to see Greta Van Fleet, Fitz and Tantrums, The Head and the Heart, and Young the Giant. Of course the bands make the show, but the venue definitely helps put it all together, I’ve only had good times here.

On May 25th I had the pleasure of attending my first live concert at the Forest Hills Stadium venue. Having been to hundreds of concerts and seeing scores of stages, I have to say how impressed I was of the aesthetics, sound, lights and overall vibe of the concert location. While the website and other sites state to take public transportation, I found parking easily enough locally (and almost for the price of one train ticket). Either option is available, if you book early enough, and I booked on Thursday before the show on Saturday (see my 4 star review of the Sylvan Gerard Garage!).Once arriving there are no shortage of eateries around the area (we chose Rove, also see my review, great choice!). Once you enter the stadium area though the food and drink options were also plentiful. The Forest Hills Stadium has seen The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, amongst other music legends, and I after my experience I am not surprised. The acoustics were excellent (I heard someone state that the venue wants to be considered the Red Rocks of the Northeast, and I can see it). There was not a bad seat in the house (unless you stood behind me in general admission, sorry I’m over 6 feet).
