I was very pleased with my experience at the Mattress Firm in Davis. My sales rep Dave Bartley went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, listen to my specific needs, and create a personalized experience. He not once was pushy and was truly honest with his recommendations. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all of the specific details of buying my mattress.I was blown away at his customer service and would highly recommend going there. He made certain I was getting the best deal. I am BEYOND excited for my new mattress and adjustable base to arrive tomorrow as we are currently sleeping on a 30+ year old mattress…. It is definitely time for an upgrade!!!
